1. In addition to the instituition of marriage, God has also setup the instituition of worship, whereby offerings are taught as part of the core activities
2. Adam helped Eve in the delivery of their children, without any doctors or equipment! It must be an experience for him!
3. Its not so much of the type of offering that God prefered but the heart when the offering is made - how do we bring our offering to God today?
4. God is still in direct contact with the first family despite the fact they have been outcast from the garden of eden
5. A fairly long time has elapsed from the day Adam had his two sons. The population has grew and no longer include only cain and abel
6. The population of the earth lived in unified packs, making expelled fugitives a hated outcast (which can result in destroying them like in the case of cain)
7. Polygamy, murders, pride, etc. became common practises, giving yield to further decay and corruption of men
8. The lineage of cain in great corruption is being contrasted against the lineage of seth, as the distinction between good and evil grew
