Status - user experience slower MK access speed during peak periods. This is partly due to slower upload speed in HQ with the use of ADSL. Condition to improve when mail protocol imap and smtp are removed from VPN tunnel between HQ and Pumas Singapore, an overhaul in network switches and virus scanning and removal work.
